Things To Do
Leland, Michigan is a picturesque, historical coastal village on the Leelanau Peninsula, situated between Lake Michigan and Lake Leelanau.
Famous for its authentic, working “Fishtown” district featuring weathered shanties, it is a charming, walkable town known for smoked fish, unique shops, art galleries, and scenic beaches.
Named No. 2 Best Wine Region in North America by USA Today, Leelanau Peninsula boasts 28 wineries producing cold-climate wines. There are several wineries close to the Leland Lodge and would be great to visit after a day of stitching.
